Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (and old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the Services.

Peak Studiosis an independent FiveM development studio. We design, build, and sell digital products including scripts, MLOs, vehicle models, UI/UX assets, and related FiveM resources. We also offer paid custom development (“commissions”).

The Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.

To purchase products or open support tickets, you may need an account on our store provider (e.g. Tebex) and/or our Discord server. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose;
• Distribute, share, leak, or resell our products outside the bounds of the license you purchased (see our License Agreement);
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source of our escrow-protected resources;
• Impersonate Peak Studios staff or any other person or studio;
• Disrupt the Site, our Discord, our store, or other users (spam, raids, harassment, DDoS, etc.);
• Upload malicious code or otherwise tamper with our infrastructure.

Purchases are processed by our third-party store provider, who handles payment securely. All prices are listed in the store and may change at any time. You are responsible for any taxes that apply in your jurisdiction.

Once payment is confirmed and a product is delivered (or made available for download), the sale is considered complete subject to the refund policy below.

Digital goods are non-refundable once they have been downloaded or activated against a license key. The only exceptions are:

• The product is fundamentally broken and we are unable to provide a working fix within a reasonable time;
• The product was charged in error or duplicated by our payment processor.

Refund requests must be made by opening a support ticket within seven (7) days of purchase and providing your purchase email, order ID, and details of the issue.

All content on the Site — including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, code, video, audio, and the design of our products — is owned by Peak Studios or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other laws.

When you purchase a product, you receive a limited license to use it under the terms set out in our License Agreement. You do not acquire ownership of the product itself.

If you submit feedback, bug reports, feature requests, or other materials to us, you grant Peak Studios a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that material to improve the Services. You will not be entitled to compensation unless agreed in writing in advance.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit.

The Services and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Peak Studios does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every third-party framework, plugin, server host, or future FXServer release.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peak Studios, its founder, and any contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, server downtime, player loss, or community reputation — arising out of or related to the Services or our products.

Our total liability for any direct claim arising out of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services — including revoking product licenses — if you breach these Terms, our License Agreement, our Discord rules, or any applicable law. No refund will be issued for terminations resulting from a breach.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be announced in our Discord. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country and region wherePeak Studios is established. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless local consumer-protection law gives you a non-waivable right to a different venue.
